1. After the merge, are all the activities from both records retained?
2. If the losing record is a member of a static list or program, will the winning record maintain that membership?

1. Yes, the activities get merged too, the winning record's activity log will have the losing record's activity.
2. Yes, the winning record will swap the list membership on its own. Pretty amazing, isn't it!
