What's new with Adobe Marketo?

Some quick Adobe Marketo news and updates below:

𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗸 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮

A regression in the June 2022 product release update caused the Bulk Export Activity API to export an empty JSON string in the “attributes” column of the CSV export file when an activity’s attributes contain a “null” value in any one of the attributes.

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
A patch was deployed by Marketo to fix this, and Bulk Activity Export has since been exporting the complete data. If you've got integrations that rely on the impacted activities' attributes column, you will need to re-run the bulk activity export operations in order to get the data that would have been exported as NULL values otherwise.

Support for Forms 1.0 assets will be removed from Marketo by October 2022. All the existing Forms 1.0 assets will cease to function after the end of support, i.e., they won't accept any subsequent form submissions. In case you're using any Forms 1.0 assets at present, consider switching them to the respective newer Forms 2.0 assets soon.

The product team at Marketo has put together an audit tool using which Marketo Admins can identify the Forms 1.0 assets in their instance. Check out the Marketing Nation post for all the details about the auditing tool here.

In May and June 2022 product updates, Marketo released new UX screens to enhance usability through an uncluttered and more intuitive view.

A toggle switch is also placed at the bottom of the next-gen screens for switching back and forth between the newer and the older UX screens. There's also an option for the admins to control user-role level access to the UX toggle switch, navigate to Marketo Admin > New Experience to access this option.
