Upcoming Changes to Marketo's Web-Personalization & Predictive Content Modules

In its March 2023 release, Adobe Marketo is set to update the Location and Country fields' values in the Web Personalization (WP) and Predictive Content (PC) modules.

Pages within the WP/PC modules that'll see this update include -
-> Segment Creation Page
-> Organizations List Page
-> Leads List Page
-> Analytics – Visitors List Page
-> User Settings – Edit Regions Page
-> Content Analytics – Analytics Page

A snapshot of existing values and future values post-update is attached to this post for reference. These updates are similar to the ones that are coming in the same release (March 2023) for the Inferred Country field as well.

I wrote a detailed post a couple of weeks ago (linked below in the comments section) summarizing the update and steps users should take to prepare for the Inferred Country field value updates.

Unlike for the Inferred Country field, for the Location/Country fields in the WP and PC modules, users don't need to make a ton of changes in their existing segments, flows, and other places, as Marketo has already started updating those for users as a part of its platform updates.
