Always archive off stream content that is no longer required instead of removing it from the stream altogether.
Removing content from the stream would essentially destroy all the history associated with it, i.e., the engagement program metrics/dashboard wouldn't be able to factor in the respective content's performance once it is removed.
Archiving off the stream content has the following merits:
Any history associated with the content is not removed from the engagement program metrics/dashboards.
You get to view a holistic view of all the stream content that is or was actively part of a stream.
🎯 Steps for Success
As per the best practices, it is recommended to archive the past content (that'll not be gonna be used in the future) and deactivate (not archive) any content that's under development and will be sent in the future casts.
