Important update for Marketo Webex Launchpoint integration service users

Cisco is retiring its Webex Events (classic) product on March 31, 2023. After this date, Cisco will be switching its existing Webex Events customers to Webex webinars starting April 1, 2023.

Marketo's native launchpoint connector supports Webex Events (Classic), but does not support Webex webinars just yet. Until the next steps for the native integration are decided, Adobe and Cisco have decided to provide an extension for the use of Webex Events for Marketo customers for the next few months, until July 21, 2023.

This is, of course, on an individual case-by-case basis, and customers who are using the native Launchpoint Integration are required to fill out the extension request form (linked in the comments below) before March 30, 2023.
